besides the regular constitutional violations of this law, there is one glaring problem. When obama signed in obamacare in that package there is a new federal law stating it is illegal to track the purchase of ammunitions. Cuomos new law is in direct violation with that. ---

So in this video he brought up the idea of the ammo sellers not complying. The democrat speaker had nothing meaningful to say about it. Just that they should and that if he had a gun shop he would comply and run the background check on ammo sales. Half the people that do truly care are extrmemists that the camera and YouTube loves to display later as a representation of the entire group. Law discussions should have taken place before they got made. It may be a little too late, regardless of how passionalble people are to protect their 2A on the Internet when push comes to shove many crumble and start selling like they are doing now, many others will register or change their weapons and many will simply hide them. Much different tune than “I’d love to see them come for my guns yarrrrr!$!$” ---
