# 300zx brakes

Hey, can someone help me out with my brake uprgrade plans, i just need to make sure this will work. I have an 85 300zxt with 1 piston front calipers.
the 87-89 300zx turbos had 2 piston calipers and the z32 calipers were bolt on upgrades to these. however the 84-86 z31s had different hubs and the studs were outside of the rotors.
I’m looking to first upgrade to the 2 piston calipers from the 87-89 z31s and i know that the rotors hubs and calipers are needed for this swap. I’ve been looking around junkyards and i found rotors and calipers from these 87-89zt but the hubs are missing. Im wondering since the brakes are a relatively simple upgrade for s14’s if it is possible to put the s14 front hubs on my 300zx (same bolt pattern) with either the 2 piston or 4 piston caliper and matching rotor. would this work??

go introduce your self in the new member section and maybe try one of the z boards as well.
