So my car is pretty much stock as you all know except a intake. I’m gonna be getting 350-400 bux and don’t know what to buy. I’m thinking rims. Any better suggestions? ---

not enough money right now (i work at subway guys come on) once i move back to the burgh i will be saving for a swap. right now im just looking to buy soemthing in that range because i dont have too many friends that would help with putting in the swap so there would be a few more hundred in getting a place to put it in and thats just too much money right now. ---

i wouldn’t say it’s worth it to dish out for a header or whatever… even a full exhaust woudn’t be worth the money on an N/A … right? maybe get a suspension like grandam dude said… or maybe just get some wheels like you mentioned… however, tires for those wheels will cost 400 alone. :hs: ---

im not really looking to have the car be a car to take to PRP or anything that would be too much work/money. all i really want for the car is suspension,rims,exhaust, maybe headers. just basic shit nothing special. when i moved back to the burgh and get a better job im gonna pay this off then buy a project car. ---

werd. George is right. There is nothing that $400 can do to make that faster. You could do an intake, header, test pipe and an exhaust and not be able to feel a difference. Its pointless. If you MUST spend the money on the car, put it into the suspension. But if i were you, id put it in the bank. ---

i’ve decided what to do with the 400…get it inspected! Brilliant! inspection was due feb and emissions was due june of last yr. last time i went to get it inspected the dumbass told me he couldnt run emissions becuase of my CAI so i think im takin it to 2FNfast’s place this time ---
