Wow, when I saw this went to 5 pages I figured there might be some good info in here. Nope, just troll feeding. You guys are as dumb as Yeamybu. For some relevant info, my modded console was still on live this morning. Early releases I haven’t played: 1. GOW2 2. COD World @ War 3. Fable 3 I did play about 30 minutes of Fallout 3 though before it was released. Never connected to live though. I’m going to disconnect mine from the lan for a while. Chances are if you’ve done something to get detected though it’s already been logged and it’s only a matter of time before you get added to the list. The last banning wave they were logging for a long time before they started adding console ID’s to the ban list. I’ll probably just throw that Falcon system with the LiteOn I got as an RRod replacement on and use that. The only game I usually play on live is Rainbow Six Vegas 2, so I’ll just pick up a legit copy of that and use the other console (assuming I do eventually get banned) to play all my burned games. I remember about a year ago when they had a wave of bans before christmas when COD was out. Ya don’t play games even offline if you plan on going on live. The drives to keep an index and sys log files which are checked with Xbox Live. The newest firmware does prevent failed disc boots from being on there but if the game is burned bad and something is wrong with the rip, you still risk it. ---

Yeah, I’d much rather play without fear of being banned. I won’t let it handicap my desire for fun. If I get banned, oh well, I’ll buy another xbox. $199 is nothing compared to the annoyance of sifting through another forum of incoherent retard ramblings and sitting around waiting to play again. ---
