Amazing house. Taxes are reasonable out in PA too. $7k a year for a $300-400k home, you’d pay that for a $150k home in parts of WNY. 😉

If you’re familiar with the area, it’s really not in the middle of no where. It’s a 5 minute drive to down town Greensburg, 30 minute drive to Monroeville and Irwin, and an hour to Pittsburgh. Really a nice balance between city/country living IMO. It’s an easy commute to Pittsburgh and you escape city taxes.
Spread the word. If someone can find me a buyer I’ll buy them a few beers!

For it’s area, it might not be. For me, Western PA is the middle of nowhere, just personal preference. GLWS

Oh for sure. Western PA as a whole is the middle of nowhere. This house in a southern state would be at least double, maybe triple the price.
