anyone ever have a rocker arm come off?.. what damage could this have done to the rest of the engine? oh on another subject:❌ 94’ chevy S-10 Blazer for sale,4.3 vortec, auto, a littler over 100,000 miles… 4x4, 4 door, tahoe edition. newer 30" tires. leather , loaded.
