# 48÷2(9+3)=?

It’s 48/(18+6)

Tell me what rule contradicts that

Seeing as y(9+3) = 9y+3y

Go re read the books

A number assigned to parenthesis like that, is a form of simplifying it.

Distributive property of multiplication

Look it up, stop ignoring it :facepalm
