I think this cruise is similiar to the Lockport cruise night. The people wandering around dont have most there teeth, stained/ripped clothes, or its the white kids that act more ghetto/thug than black thugs. Oh, its a laugh fest. I think out of the 20 or so that show up, like 4 are worth looking at.
