# 5 lug swap, LCA Ball joint

hey guys,

I know the S14 LCA ball joint is a bit different from the S13 LCA ball joint. However, it doesn’t seem like the balljoint is a removable peice. How did you put the S14 ball joint onto the S13 LCA?

Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The S13 ball joint needs to be pressed out of the S13 LCA and replaced with the S14 ball joint. You will probably need a hydraulic press to do this easily. remember to remove the c-clip from the ball joint befor trying to press it out.
