Good, we should get along then, because most of what I spew is hate lol. Youre not going to find a VW worth having over a G8, and good luck finding an Audi as well. Lets not forget about the costs of parts (OEM and aftermarket)/mods/tuning for both brands as well, not to mention the PITA an S4 is to work on 😉 ---

Ha yeah, but the only car I ever hear nowadays with “soul” in the sentence is “they stole the soul of the car by swapping in a v8 blah blah blah…” so mathematically speaking, since stock they’re not v8s, they have soul? a lot of these features are the same on my '95 saab, i really like the G8. but those features are nothing to brag about. ---

Again, I dont think anyone is bragging about these features being new and exciting, theyre just different features that perhaps some didnt know. It came from a G8 forum anyways, for G8 owners who may not have known everything about their car, it wasnt meant to be a “Wow look at what the G8 has, what a revolutionary automobile!!” And lol @ an RX7 having soul. Hop in to something like a 66 GTO or 69 Mach 1. ---

G8 owners need to go through the “Getting to know your G8” book that comes with them. There are other features the G8 has I’m sure that aren’t listed. G8’s win you over with test drives. Lets also face it, most average consumers, are pretty much retards behind the wheel. Why do you think insurance is so high? Honestly, my Grand Prix has most of the features plus heads-up display. Most of the people who jumped ship from domestics in the 80’s have only driven a GM when they rented one so naturally, the G8 is the only one with those options, they aren’t new, blah blah blah. ---

“soul” is something the car rags invented so that they can make the car they want win comparison tests, even if the other one beats it in every other category. Usually the BMW 3 series, various hondas, with a lexus or acura thrown in here and there.
