# 5th gear trouble

we took the car for a ride today after he got some things sorted out. I think the linkage needs adjusting. It will shift into 5th gear, but u have to really push it pretty far forward, and its grinding quite a bit going in. It doesnt grind into any other gear. u guys think that adjusting the linkage would help with it?
