I know about 99% of the domestics on here that will run low 11’s and into the 10s will pass state inspection. ---

Just because you pass inspection doesn’t make you technically “street legal.” Two examples, your car and my car! ---

My car and his car passed inspection w/o cats. That’s not street legal, o old one. I believe there’s a pretty hefty fine associated w/ that if you get caught. ---

in some counties you don’t need to pass emissions, therefore no cats = street legal. An example would be Butler County. ---

You need a cat to pass visual, which I have, it just happens not to have any contents. It’s still against federal law though. ---
