I’m looking for a bike. I’m open to most makes and models, most likely a ‘sport’ bike. I would prefer something in the 600cc range, but I’m open to options. My budget is around 4,000; I could go higher if necessary but would prefer to stay somewhere in that area. If anyone is looking to sell, or comes across a decent deal, please post up. ---

Craigslist has been a bit tough to find some decent deals lately, but you may want to jump on something soon before people jack their prices for the Spring season in a few weeks. ---

WNY Cycle (on transit rd near the drive-on) has an '07 Honda CBR600RR with around 15,000 miles. It was listed at $4,999 on Friday when I was there. Bike looked all stock, didn’t really look at it in detail though. It’s actually not listed on their website anymore so it might be gone… Everything else I’ve found around here was overpriced for the most part. ---

I like that kawasaki 600. I might be better off with something like versus an r6 / zx6r considering my limited riding experience. I got my license a few years back and have only ridden a couple times since. ---

I’m not going to come in here to preach about riding safe/above your level/ msf course, etc… but if you need more information by all means let me know. You seem to have your head on straight with regard to bike sizing and not getting someting too crazy. Also, your price range should put you into something really nice. I’ll keep an eye out for you. ^ I really like that sv650 posted above. Could be a great fit. ---

I’ve always (ignorantly) been anti-Suzuki. No real basis behind it, just was never a huge fan. Both those bikes (the 650 and the gsxr) are pretty much exactly what I’m looking for and right in my price range; definitely going to consider. ---
