And I said, let there be LIGHT!
Starting to get a good grip on the electrical. At least all the basics. We got a good outline for the add ons which are next
Got some more bling in the mail today
Lokar braided tranny and oil dipsticks
And March Performance Serpentine pulley setup, Billet of course.

wow…i dont know what i am more impressed with…the fact that the lights are working, or the fact that your garage looks somewhat organized 😛

Soon you will be impressed with the fact that the same Camaro whoops your Stangs butt under it’s own power. 🙂
And yes, I know the light is out. I think its a bad bulb since all the front wiring is brand new.

not, it doesnt “run” but it moved once with people “running” behind it lol…
and it should have been said "let there be “some” light 😛

WOW. I can’t beleive I read the entire 20 pages in this thread. I was thinking that the wheels were not the correct choice, but in the side shot taken from about 10 feet away, they look stunning. The whole car looks amazing. I’d love to do a 67-69 Camaro with an LS2, T56, Wilwood brakes, modern suspension etc. I’d LOVE to see this beauty in person.

It’s cliche as hell, but, _pictures really don’t do this car justice._ It’s been done correctly and with great taste, plus this thing will scream when it’s opened up.
Maybe I should change that “when” to “if”…

Ahhh, no biggie. My aunt had a 66 Corvette in the resto shop for something like 7 years. Came out AMAZING and of course, she sells it about a year before I got a real job and could have bought it from her:banghead::banghead:

I was going to get TorqThrust wheels, but they have been beat to death on 1st Gen Camaros. When I thought about which rims to get, I wanted to find a set that made the car stand out from the others. I’m not one much for bling, and originally only wanted to get 16”. But what did I do, I pulled out the wallet and spent the $ on the 18”. After putting them on, the car still was sitting high in the rear and there was too much of a gap. The front end was still dropping after the 2” drop springs.
But after pulling the rear shackles out, rolling it outside, :drool:
I do sit and stare at it, because I’m building what I have been wanting to build for the past 15 years. And it’s not done when it hits the road soon. More toys planned for over the winter like 4 wheel disc and possibly replacing the carb with some snky snky instead.
But I’m more content with getting it finished and driving it for the next few months.
Too bad you didn’t get the 66. A future purchase of mine will be a 56 to 72 vette for my wife 🙂
