Yea I got told my car would be covered when the police ran into it- guess who’s still in court battles for the money. And mine was only ~5 grand…

I hope this guy gets it all no problem.

Maybe I should have titled it:  
Firebird + Firetruck = My car is Fucked

Classic insurance basically allows you to insure your car for $X value. If it is totaled, etc, then you get the amount that you have it insured for.

So if he insured his Firebird for $40,000 through Hagerty, he will get a check for $40,000 through Hagerty.
