my friend just recently bought a evga 750i FTW mobo, and i think his Ethernet port might be fried but im not sure. after installs it restarts and still doesn’t seem to be working but the light is lit on the I/O panel. but any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ---

If all else fails, its evga. Pretty much no questions asked RMA’s. They cross ship too I believe. Ive done a couple through them. ---

try uninstalling the network driver and re-installing it, then try to update the chipset drivers ---

ya that might work, but when he opens the network connections box all he has is his wireless there nothing for his lan ---
