^^ Regarding the power band… on that dynosheet it looks like the power is “capped” at 1000hp exactly… maybe its only a 1000hp dyno? ---

Yup its only a 1000HP dyno, but look at the area under the curve. It is over 1000HP for a good portion of the RPM range. Say goodbye to turbo lag ---
