Its in a nice location, but just so people know it is not very “secure” from what I could see, a lot of broken windows and boarded up doors/windows.  
Im not trying to shit on your post but I don’t want someone drivin all the way out there to see that. If you had a project or two you wanted to work on it would be perfect, but I wanted to throw some of my show cars in there, and im not sure if I would put such valuable things in there currently in the condition its in. With a couple hundred bucks in supplies you could def. make it way more secure.

semi-off topic, dirtye30- is that house in front for sale? or only that small parcel to the side of the house?

Just the side piece. I’ve had no issues with security and have stored plenty of valuable shit in there over the past couple years. It is east Amherst, not east buffalo.
