yay! We are suppose to close on Nov. 19th but in case we dont this makes me feel better.

anyone else? how long did you have to wait to get a check, filing an amendment? and anyone just file for it with their taxes?

You can get it for new construction too, but you have to get the Certificate of Occupancy before the deadline for closing.
