# 92 talon screwed up idle

I recently put my 90 gsx motor into a 92 talon tsi. i bought all the correct sensors and everything to make it work with the car, including the newer throttle body. So i started my car and it runs, but not so well. my idle is kinda low around 600-700 rpms, i try adjusting it with my idle adjustment screw but it isnt helping. when i rev the motor the motor revs up fine but as soon as i let go of the gas it drops down and it drops to like 300-400 rpms and stays there for a while about to stall out then it slowly rises back up to 600-700 rpms. if anyone can help me i would appreciate it
