I know this, my dad says the same thing, thereās plenty of mechanics and auto body guys that are smart and know what theyāre doing, and then there are the idiots. For example, HVCC auto students(90% of them :rofl) My dad never went to school for one minute for automotive mechanics, taught himself and now has a great job doing it and probably knows more than 95% of the people teaching/learning at HVCC.

Its amazing, i never thought i was the smartest b/c of my h/s stats and shit, but i went backā¦and OMG, people are FUCKING STUPID! I cant believe that some of these kids can tie their shoes and remember to breathe!

Thats a pretty bold ignorant statement. Theres a lot of people that donāt go to college after Highschool and make a decent ammount of moneyā¦ I know a lot of people that have majored and gotten degrees in a few things just to have them or because they are unsure of what they want to doā¦
I dropped out of Highschool 2 years agoā¦ Does that make me dumb?
Every Test/Regents I took the school was amazed because I generaly did not score lower than an 85 on my regents and 3 of them were a 92ā¦ and yet I was still failing (homework/ going to class was bullshit to me as I knew 90% of what my teachers were teaching)
I told my principal I think to school system sucks and Im going to drop out.
Got my GED 6 weeks later, went to college the first new semesterā¦ did 1 sememter got out of that for a bit to go where I am now. and plan on going back to college for administrative after the baby grows up a bit
I donāt make as much as Iād like but for My age I guess you could say I make more than a few people I know on here in their Mid 20āsā¦
I also Have my phone/car/baby/girlfriend exspenses to pay as she does not work right now so I give her money when I canā¦
Iām not in the Ideal situation but Im not a dumbshitā¦ I have my prioritesā¦ and are more mature/have grown up faster than a lot of people around my ageā¦
Adam made a smart choiceā¦ either Stay doing bodyworkā¦ making little money or go back to college for something a little more his style and salary wishesā¦

I wish I didnt go to college. Id love to have the $9k + $2500 in tools I wasted going there.
My brother started a job 2 days after graduating high school and is making really good money now and he keeps getting raises.
