My girl is looking for a newer truck to pick up. So she needs to get rid of her jeep first. I bought this truck about a year ago for her. It’s been great to us with no real issues. I put new brakes on it, tps sensor, plugs and wires, about 6 months ago. I did the ushaul 3k max life oil changes and air filters. It’s the 4.0L automatic, has 162k on it, 4WD works great, tires have maybe 8k on them. It could use some new floor boards, but most jeeps from this era do. No big deal it’s been this way since I bought it. Outside back door handles don’t work outside, I have new ones that go with the truck(open fine inside). That’s a good candidate for ‘Cash for Clunkers’ if she ends up buying something new. $4500 is better than $900. ---

these jeeps are solid, the dealership i work at uses a 98 as a parts jeep an its got over 200k on it, good luck with the sale ---

hows the exhaust manifold on it? cracking? and what about the power steering pump/steering rack seals id like to come look at this, maybe tomorrow or something. ---

Manifold has the typical pudder but nothing loud. No PS leaks. The front suspension is pretty tight still. You can call my cell 331-9165 to get ahold of me. I have a few things to do, but should be free after 5 or so. ---
