# 951 winter progress

Ok, finally decided on a transaxle. Going with the 968 6 Speed box (just purchased one), also got my guy at Porsche Motorsport Germany to find me a 3.4 Ring and Pinion (from the 968 Turbo S). He could only find ONE (and one 5th and one 6th gear from a 968 Turbo S, but I dont want those). So my final gearing will look like this _if_ I only ran a 7100rpm redline (stock is 6450).

Just for this year, I’ll be running this gearing (3.78 R&P):

Still a hair tall for my tastes with an NA, but it’ll do fine.
