jesus… people are fucking nuts when is comes to saving money on gas. i mean yea… it’s nice, but i would camp out at a gas staion all night to save $2 a gallon ---

So you could save a whooping $30 for sitting in line probably 2 hours. Then subtract the gas you will use sitting in that line idling. Yeah, looks like money/time well spent. :bloated: Edit: wow, I guess my 2 hour estimate was way off. What the fuck is wrong with people? It’s $30. That’s what, $3.75 an hour if you sit there 8 hours? And there is no way those people left their cars off the entire time, so by the time they take into account the gas they used they probably lost money. ---

It reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Homer found the jack knifed sugar truck and stole a bunch. Then he went around trying to sell sugar door to door. Coming home to Marge: Homer - “See Marge, while I was out selling sugar, I found a dollar” Marge - “While you were out _earning_ that dollar, you lost 40 by not going to work. The plant called and said that if you don’t come in tomorrow, don’t bother coming in Monday.” Homer - “Whooo hoooo!!! Four Day Weekend!!” Anyway, people are stupid. ---

honestly, gas is expensive…but i really could care less if it’s $2.98/gal or $3.65/gal. I’m gonna get it either way and complaining about it does nothing. ---

Wow. I just watched the news article on this. The stupidity is just swarming around it. 15 gallons per person $2 bucks cheaper per gallon 200 people So people actually camped out overnight to save $30 bucks in gas. :bloated: The best part was the guy from cricket they interviewed. “This is actually turning out quite costly for us. If you notice that gas is $2 dollars per gallon more across the street and do the math, this promotion is costing us $600,000 dollars.” :bloated: I hope this guy wasn’t their accountant.
