i assume everyone here didnt have any of these problems ?

There will always be bad experiences with any company. Some people just over exaggerated everything.  
Go there, look for the black guy (Anthony aka Blade) and he’ll help you out with whatever you need.

UNION, Drift Posse and many other drifters, grippers, and regulars go to wheels direct including myself.
