That’s not correct.

Its (5/56)_(4/55)_(3/54)_(2/53)_(1/52)\*(1/46)= 5.69114597e−9  
Then 1/ 5.69114597e−9= 175711536

So, 1 in 175,711,536

Since americans have spent 1.5 billion on tickets, having all the combinations is easily covered.
