The US could just put GIANT tariffs on anything imorted from Lakota. There would be border security like a mo fo. ---

good for the Lakota… i’d love to start some biz on reservation land… tax havens are abundant the world over. Delaware is the same way, they have lenient tax laws such that thousands of US corporations base thier HQ out of Delaware simply for tax purposes even though teh physical HQ is not in Delaware… i read some super interesting stuff about Lichtenstein in Europe and how they have 2 corporations for every 1 citizen and how the tax revenue generated in just 30 years has queitly made the Prince one of the wealthiest and most influential men in Europe.
