# Ability to EDIT other members posts

i recently discovered that somone made an edit in one of my posts. Who has access to edit member posts ? Why did they not make thier own post. Why did they edit my post with useless and incorrect information ?

only mods and admin have the ability to edit posts…
it would have said who it was edited by at the bottom of the post and when
care to elaborate?

No point now, it seems whoever made the edit to my post has removed what they inserted. hmm… ah well

i’m an admin on another board running phpbb. whenever i edited someone’s post, it never indicated i had changed it. as far as i know, it only does that when the posted edits his/her own post after a given amount of views or a post. feel free to play around with this post to validate this (keep it clean).

No-one except admin can edit posts in Front Desk.
