# ABS Light

Ok, since the weather has been cold and wet outside my ABS light has been coming on ocassionally. It either comes on when I first start the car or it comes on while I’m driving. I heard on other forums it might be my wheel speed sensor that somehow got water in it throwing things off.

Any other opinions before I pull the wheels off and look?

i would agree that it is most likely a bad connetion or bad sensor

bad wheel speed sensor…very common on FWD gms…need to replace whole hub…rally easy anf like 45 dolla for the part

Pshhh, its more fun to roll without ABS, get to drive like its the 80s 🙂

i almost bought a 88 monte carlo SS but it was too rusty

True :lol: and when there’s rust… there’s restoration fun to be had 🙂
