# abs or not?

im sure my car does not have abs but i need to know for sure befor i order a 500$ drive shaft

i drive a s14 95 kouki 4 lug if that helps

im not sure if its the same for s14’s…but check in your engine bay top left and see if you have the abs actuator.

Do you have a 95 or a kouki… you can’t really have both unless you do some body work…

Etiher way you can find out 2 ways. The easy way and the hardway.

Easy way - Pop your hood and look to the far left hand corner (pass side) If you see this big weird shaped box with lots of metal lines running from it, that is your abs unit.

Hard way - Drive really fast and brake and see if you go full lock on the wheels.

Obviously use common sence and try the hard way first, followed by the easy way to solve your problem.

8th letter of the VIN code will also tell you. See here:

i was just going to suggest, drive fast and brake all of a sudden and tell us if you feel ur brake pedal rumble
