ok i just rear ended a girl in a rental car she didnt say there was any dmamge but she called the rental place and told her case i gave her my number and she decided not to call the cops am i fucked or no. the rental place took my plate number and the name of my insurance company is that bad or no

If the insurance company decides to pursue damages, then they will contact your insurance company. If this happens you will be notified by your insurance company. The worst that will happen is your insurance will go up. You won’t get labeled with leaving the scene of an accident if that is what you are worried about.
