# ACL Surgery/Replacement?

I got a buddy who goes under the knife April 16th.

Have fun, it’s a nightmare of a surgery, and you will likely be out of commission for a while.

Do your rehab, and be fully committed to it too, or else it will make everything even worse.

I may need to go under for artho on my shoulder. I’ve dislocated my shoulder 3 times this winter.
