im done trying to call him its been going on for a month and i just taalked to a cop last nite cause the stupid ass got pulled over. im the reason that bikes not in the impound right now.shit i almost got a ticket for letting him ride since hes got no license. hes going to fall and hard.

If the dispute is over the insurance I dont think you can just go snag the bike but you sure can drop the insurance.
Do you know which cop he lives near? A friend of mine’s dad is a cop for Hampton…

Oh shit I didn’t think of that, if he has no license, and it’s in YOUR name and he gets pulled, YOU get in trouble for letting him drive it w/o license AND w/o insurance…CALL IT IN STOLEN RIGHT NOW!

im sitting here trying to call him while i sit around getting everyones input like i said hes not answering… maybe next time he gets pulled over i should just tell the cops to put it in the pound that way i cant get arrested for breaking an intering when i try to get it myself. SHOWS YOU WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO BE A GOOD GUY. shit my driving record already is 3 pages long i dont need anymore tickets listed on that thing. a baseball bat where as its fun to think about going up and smashing some guys house up all over a 7000 dollar bike or 500 dollar worth of insurance its just not logical. i mean this guy has the money his cobra is having the supercharger ported right now up at ASAP so he has money to burn he owes me 500dollars and 50 cents. as for WHO THE COP IS HE LIVES BY im not realy sure of his name hes a younger guy and if you name some of them i would probably know them. personally i live in mccandless so i dont know hampton all to well

The officer’s name is Duffy but he is a little bit older. If it’s the officer you are talking about I think he would turn a blind eye to the situation if it resorted to taking back your goods.

I can’t tell you what to do but you might get a call returned if you leave a message stressing the issue that you legally own an expensive piece of machinery that your friend paid for, and remind him that you need money for the insurance either from him or the sale of the bike.
That might get his attention and is a little better than having the cops show up at his door to arrest him.
If reminding him of all that doesn’t work then you gotta do whatever your judgement tells you.

So let me get this strait, HE has no Drivers licence at all? or just no motorcycle licence?.
If he has no motorcycle licence there is no reason he couldn’t buy the bike. You don’t have to have a permit or licence to purchase one. You just can’t test ride it without a licence to see if you like it (if the place does test rides).
If he had no Driver’s licence at all for what ever reason what made you think this was a good idea to begin with…

no license at all he got a dui and multiple other tickets… what made me think it was a good idea well ive known him forever we have been friends since like age 5 i turned 21 in july and had been drinking a lot so he caught me when trashed. but yea he has no license at all. AS FOR STRESSING THE SITUATION his voice mail is always full he doesnt delete messages. which means i can not leave him one. i have some people that are going to ask him if he paid it and if he says he did im taking the bike and not eventhinking twice about it . one of my buddys i think put it a good way friends dont fuck friends unless they way raped well he fucked me and i didnt want it so now hes getting raped of his bike

its being reported stolen tomarrow im not going to his house unless its to get the bike hes screwing himself thanks for the advice everyone i talked to a local cop about 30 minutes ago and he said to see what happens tonite and if nothing to report it stolen thats what i will be doing
