He was going to an officer-dispatched call, Im not sure if his lights were on or not, cant give a legit statement on that…

I just read a bunch of news articles… they all suck and are all the same. Basically i think they confirmed he didnt have lights or sirens on. Another one that I read said the he may or may not have been going to that call.

Oil is used since it is self lubricating and stable. When the plunger pulls back, it draws oil out of the reservoir through a suction check valve into the pump chamber. When the plunger moves forward, it pushes the oil through a discharge check valve into the cylinder.
