Just curious…

If say I was to buy a 12" infiniti sub from you for 75…

I would need a box, so how would I get one? Like can you just buy a generic box that will fit all 12 inch subs, or do you have to get one custom built for whichever sub you have, etc? And how much would it cost?

u can throw the sub in any box really…It will prob sound horrible… really bad if u put it in a bandpass if your going for sound quality. just look up the specs for a sealed or ported box for that specific sub and try to get a box thats near the requirements. Best thing is make a box to the exact specs of the sub and go ported. if you have a hatch aim the port up or backwards provided the ports not against the top of the hatch or against something obstructing the port. If u aim it at u it will be louder…but u will hear a lot of mechanical noise. Building a box is cheap too…takes a few hours. buy meduim density fiberwood(mdf) from rona or homedepot. Pm me if u have any questons about the diff types of boxes and what would sound best for you…what u listen to should be consitered when choosing a box too. theres bandpass, sealed, ported, eggshell and a few others i cant recall.
