Anyone installed an alarm/keyless entry themselves? I’m assuming my car has power door locks since when i unlock the driver’s door, the pass door unlocks too. Anyone whos done this, have any advice to offer?

What unit do you have. Is it a 2 way? AM or FM? I am doing mine this week. There not too bad to do and yes for your keyless you just tap to your wire off the harness. Im pretty sure its in the same place your door pins too.

That just means you have a central locking system in the car!! Had the same thing in my Supra. Don’t ever lose your keys!! The charge a crazy amount!! I wanted to get one cylinder changed and a key cut, they wanted almost $400 @ Lock Surgeons I think it was!! :finga: I said… and walked out and sold the car!! LOL
