> I suppose… I would have liked it to have been higher I do find it kinda hard to believe that the transmission is robbing around 25% of the power. Ex. Doozer Stock 250hp crank 192 on dyno 24%. 250 crank dyno 198hp on Bernies maxima 21% Your car 128hp closer to 36% I was expecting more like in the 15%-18% range . …[chop]… I think come payday I’m gonna go somewhere else and get it done so i can have a comparison

Hey now! Bernie only beat me by 2hp, not 6! Try and leave me SOME dignity. 😉 But it’s good to know that on nearly identical engines, the dyno read nearly identical numbers. What really surprised me was the torque difference between us. My torque was nearly 30 ft-lbs more than Bernie, out of the same engine. It’s gotta be his auto tranny vs my manual, but that’s still a huge difference.

Ken, I’ll be really interested to hear the results if you get another dyno done…
