Two license plates are going to be a pain in the ass.

I’m not a fan of the current lisence plates but adding another one to the front of the car? I don’t see that working, and I don’t care if it’d help law enforcement. It’s going to screw with the dynamics of the car and be damage to others in the event of an accident. Many cars are now being developed to cushion pedestrians in the event of a collision with the car. Now just add a metal plate to the front of your car and you’d be undermining the effort to protect others.

Sure it’s a bullshit excuse but a legit one in attempt to keep front plates off my bumper.
