Put like 40 of those here you know, Im now thinking, once 93 touches $5/gal I’m going to start looking for an MKI or II Diesel Rabbit or a GTI/Golf or an AE86. Those tiny engines are looking better and better daily as I look at my gas gauge. But no way in hell I wana sell the Audi. ---

Nice rides… A LOT of work has gone into these. Just a little note though, AE86s are not exactly the primo handler when stock. For those looking for a little inexpensive beater, you can spend mucho $$ trying to get it to handle well. Then there’s the question of power, which has to be done through engine swap (again, more $$). ---

I believe the Toda motors are only rented to race teams and must be returned, like your average consumer cannot just buy one of the Toda motors. ---

I suppose, but some mods are not available., Their porting and I can imagine some custom lower end mods and their ITB’s for the 4A-GE, and especially their tunes are not readily available these days (if ever at all). ---
