# allstate, unitrin direct?

looking for new car insurance. just wondering if anyone has had any experience with allstate or unitrin direct?

i have allstate and they have always been the cheapest for me and i have never had a problem with them

unitrin direct beat the allstate quote for me by like $50 They were actually quite easy to deal with. They don’t have a local office but have people around here that do all their claims stuff.

geico has had the best price for me on my past 2 vehicles… progressive/allstate wanted over $2000 every 6 months, I pay about $1000 every 6 months with geico.

everybody’s case is different. bottom line is that you have to check with a few places.
