just heard back from my Realtor today my offer got accepted on some land … now i gotta deal with the builder and start that whole process of picking shit out etc… @ least that should be fun. ---

Meh, I find that Taxes are much higher on comparable houses in West Seneca and Orchard park then they are in Lancaster. ---

how many sqft is the house going to be, 3k a year estimated in taxes is pretty cheap ---
