255-70-16’s were $113 each from [discounttiredirect.com](http://discounttiredirect.com). Free shipping, no tax. There were cheaper all season alternatives but I’ve been real happy going with all terrains for WNY winters. I don’t want to deal with the hassle of swapping summer/snow tires on my truck but I still want one vehicle in the house that can get us around no matter what the weather does.
I called around a few places locally and no one would come close, especially factoring in walmart’s cheap lifetime mount/balance. $40+ in tax puts them at a bit of a disadvantage too.

I cheaped out. ☹
I still \<3 the Revo but @ $150+ each + shipping (discounttire doesn’t carry them so no free shipping) they were a quite a bit more.
That and I know these are good because I had my mom put a set on her Rav4 after she couldn’t get the Revo’s in her size. They’ve been great on her Rav, even going up my grandparents steep unplowed driveway and they’ve been wearing really well.
Hopefully after the first big storm I’m not kicking myself. 🙂

I think i might have to pull out the credit card and buy some tires… yesterday was pretty slushy at around 8:30pm on walden and my tires have about half there life left which is ok for summer but this is winter and its dangerous!
