bing put me on to a movie entitled Zeitgeist…

…lots of propaganda mumbojumbo(i though so too)-but in fact it is very good and has made me decide to NOT file my federal income taxes FROM NOW ON(why not, there is NO LAW THAT ENFORCES THE FEDERAL IMCOME TAX\< NOR WAS IT PASSED(ammended, for the informed) by every state to infact LEGALIZE IT OR ENSTATE IT

this video is much better then loose change. I watched some of it about religion and it is kind of scary to think about how everything is almost the same I’m going to watch the rest tomorrow.

Not to burst your bubble or anything (as I do know there is no law forcing you to pay taxes) but I believe I just read an article that said that the law sides with the government every time they catch/take to trial someone who tried to make that claim as to why they stopped filing taxes.

okay but how can a gov. enforce a law that was not ammended by a maj. of the states incl. the 1 we live in?

dont fed. laws only become fed. laws once a maj. of the states ammend them as part of the constitution?

Ratification (by the requisite thirty-six states) was completed on February 3, 1913 with the ratification by New Mexico (but see Delaware and Wyoming below). The amendment was subsequently ratified by the following states, bringing the total number of ratifying states to forty-two:  
37. Delaware (February 3, 1913)  
38. Wyoming (February 3, 1913)  
39. New Jersey (February 4, 1913)  
40. Vermont (February 19, 1913)  
41. Massachusetts (March 4, 1913)  
42. New Hampshire (March 7, 1913, after rejecting the amendment on March 2, 1911)

The following states rejected the amendment without ever subsequently ratifying it:

1. Connecticut
2. Florida, which rejected the amendment after it had already been ratified by three-fourths of the states
3. Rhode Island
4. Utah

How can the president make his own laws without getting the approval of the rest of Congress?

I don’t know, but shit happens, I’m just letting you know. I used to work in an accounting firm and saw several people get fucked over hardcore because they didn’t pay taxes for like 5 years and the government caught up with them. It’s not pretty.

Hey dick head: Aside from this being one of the dumber things I’ve read on here in a while, if you’re not going to pay taxes then do the rest of us a favor and don’t collect anything paid for by our taxes OK?
