Driver was speeding in the slow lane.

Even if the biker looked one second and saw him far away, the next second he would have been in his ass anyway.

Still not sure why he hit the brakes however.

edit: the right lane IS the fast lane in whatever country that is. this is without a doubt the scooters fault not the car.
