As a Z owner and member of [twinturbo.net](http://twinturbo.net), I go on at least once a day to keep up on tech issues and to catch new / cool products. This is one this guy’s been working on for awhile and seems it’s finally come to real production. I think his intelligence and dedication to this product is truly awesome. This replaces one (or two if it’s a twin turbo) of our stock mechanical gauges and triples the gauge info. in the same space. Maybe there’s a chance he’ll expand to other vehicle makes and models. Thought it was cool to share.

Get rid of the gauge look to make the numbers larger and readable, then it’d be neat.

He claims the pictures don’t do it justice and it’s totally readable at speed.

Of course he would. If I spent all that time and want to make a couple bucks selling them I would say that it is easy to read as well.
Cool idea, but I agree that function over form might win out here if you make the numbers bigger.

During a pull I sometimes have trouble reading a 2 1/16" gauge, let alone a 3mm tall number.

The Z community members (myself excluded) are fanatical so I don’t think he’s BS’ing. Not to mention the time investment he has. The screen is LCD so I believe he can also make alterations to the software. I know the gauge configurations and colors are adjustable.

This is awesome and great work. I’m 99% sure you can make it display only 1 gauge instead of the 3-at-a-time shown, which makes it a bit better.
