# AMG\>Grand Prix GT

Before you think its a, “duh, no shit” kill…I ran a 12.6@112 with a 2.1 60’. So with that said…err typed. I was making my way to get onto a stretch of road, and all the while I was trying to play with this yellow mustang SVT (which sounded soo nice)😉 I didnt want to get annoying so I kind of gave up. (maybe its someone on here :gotme:)
Well, we get to a stop light. Im 2 cars back from the light in the middle lane, the mustang is 3-4 in the right lane…and low and behold I see a Mercedes E\*\* AMG sitting in the front line in the left lane. It was a black convertable. The driver had black bushy hair probably mid 30s. Im not too edumicated on these cars but, I’d guess it was a 2001 or newer. I tell the gf that I bet he’s faster than me, since I’ve always heard/read that they’re no less than 475hp. So, I proceed to be on my way since I was certain he wouldnt play.
Somehow he ends up infront of me as we get onto this section of road. He noticed that I took the turn as graceful as he was. So, he must have wanted to test my acceleration skills too.🤣
He gets on it and pulls a car (since I didnt think he was going to go) I punch it and stay behind him with a 2-3 car gap and kept the gap like that till we got a bit faster, then he started to pull. So, I let off and slammed on the brakes since I dont enjoy going too fast anymore. I worked my way next to him and he looks over, he was smiling and I gave him a nod. Glad he was cool about it. I wish I knew what model it was…it fuggin moved!

i think it says amg greater than grand prix…which would make it a loss…

def. not an E series AMG if it was a drop top
sounds like SL or SLK AMG how big was the body?

Yeah, I took a guess at the “E” part. it was pretty big. I pretty much only looked at the AMG badge…lol.
