# Amp power wire routing question.

Hey guys, not sure if this has been asked before (searched but couldn’t find anything). I’m looking for a good location to run my amp power wire through the firewall on my S14. I tried searching for a suitable spot, but it seems that i can’t find any unused holes. I’m using 4 gauge wire, so i can’t really use any of the existing holes (as they all have stuff in them). Just wondering what you guys did to get past this? Im thinking of just drilling a big enough hole and putting a rubber grommet in, but also don’t really know where the best location to do that would be.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

use an exacto knife to cut a little x in the large grommet on the passenger side of the firewall where the main wiring comes through
