# An idea I am working on... help would be appreciated...

What is the problem with the LED lights? I’ve seen them on several vehicles, have commented on the smooth, install to the owners, and they have never had any problems with the fuzz. The cleanest install was on a Jeep CJ.

Is your plate in one of those back windows that has it molded in? I recently saw one of those on a full size Chevy and it really cleaned up the entire back of the vehicle. Not sure if it was lighted though…

So you want this thing to lay flat in the bed and then tilt or slide into position above the existing rear gate?

Thanks for lookin out for me but I have license plate lights. The bolts for the plate have LED lights in the heads. Pretty nifty little things. I bought them at Summit but can’t find them on their website.

Hero - my LEDs do not have any reflective backing. If you want to get technical, they aren’t visable from the side either. I caught a lot of flack when I just had them in. So far so good on the current setup :bigthumb:
