What a fucking joke NYS Police are.
How can one get an uninsured motor vehicle ticket for a fucking cooler? Does the cooler have a VIN? Can i register my cooler and get NYS plates for it? NO, and NO… so how the fuck am I going to insure it???
unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle: does this mean he doesnt have a NYS license? OK, let me get this straight a 15 year old, wheel chair bound person drives his motorized wheel chair down the side walk? Does he get pulled over and given a unlicensed operatior and un insured motor vehicle? IT IS THE SAME FUCKING THING AS THIS COOLER… PROLLY THER SAME DRIVE SYSTEM TOO!
I swear I might just kill my self, every where I turn the LAW follows me… fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

Here is a killer idea… I will suggest to government.
New law: You were caught doing dumb shit.
This will be a blanket law that covers people doing dumb shit. Not saying this case the guy was dumb, shit I wold do the same thing he did. BUT, if the cop sees dumb shit doing down… he writes a ticket for it. Inocent until proven guilty in the court of law \<- this is step 2. Now it is in the judges hands to prove weither or not it was really that dumb.
This case. 57 year old man get a “caught doing dumb shit ticket”. Judge looks at the case. Sir how come you dont have a license? Well I got it take away from too many DWI’s, becasue I have a alchol addiction problem. I cant stop drinking but I can stop putting other people in danger so I took the cooler home on the side walk. Sir how come you didnt insure your cooler? Well your honor, I called Gieco and they said they wont insure a beer cooler. Ok, sir, how come you didnt register your cooler? Becasue your honor, I went to the DMV and asked them for a NYS registration, they asked for a VIN and I told them it is a motorized cooler, and they kicked me out for wasteing their time.
judge, “All charges dropped, becasue your shit wasnt really that dumb after all”
This will also put an end all to the age old battle of a cop being a douche bag… Becasue you got a “caught doing dumb shit” ticket, covers everything. It really takes the brain work (good thing for them) out of writing tickets, and leaves it in more capable people such as judges.
