funny thing is, I asked the cop what he thought the outcome would be in court from his “experience”… Dude replies, depends on if the DA likes you or not… The fate of myself and anyone else lies in the hand of wether the DA fucking likes me or not??? I know you said you were arrested in earlier posts but never charged with anything. The courts and police will see that you were arrested. You can never get that off your record that you were arrested. You can get off your record that you were never charged though. So, they will see that you have been in trouble before, but they just won’t know exactly what you did. Wish you the best of luck, but wielding a loaded shot gun in Colonie might be a tough one your up against. ---

next time someone comes in with white gold, negotiate a price you will pay them if its fake and a price you will pay them if its real. that way you can still trade in white gold and you protect your customers interests as well as your own. Obviously you don’t really want to buy fake gold but thats why you negotiate a very low price for it that is basically just to make the customer feel less bad that you destroyed thier worthless shit. of course they will probably swear up and down that its real anway so maybe the whole plan is a little weak ---

Theres two reasons im going with my lawyer, tho I may get 2 lawyers to work on this case. #1 - My lawyer Dave Swyer has been around for 40 years and has worked with just about every judge and DA there is and is friends with all of them. #2 he is a good friend and a business partner at one point in time and doesnt just collect the money and show up the day of court, he will actually DO research and put effort foward instead of not giving a fuck like most lawyers.
